For production of our planters, the North of Sweden is in the winter period commonly very cold. Temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius are no exeption. This winter started cold but is now little mild for the time of the year. Plus degrees are not so common, but convenient it is for production another batch of planters…
Production in the cold
We build the planters in our workshop, which is poorly isolated en mid winter season very cold. We heat the place wit a diesel heatgun of 30 KW to keep our hands and feet from freezing. Now we started a new batch of planter to be build. We stain the sides of the boards in the colors we need, just to be sure the planters will be maximal protected by the paint.
To dry the stained boards we heat up the workshop above 15 degrees Celsius. When fully dried, the boards will be cut to the right lenght and made into a nice planter. We build the MOOSE 110 and the MOOSE 75 both in the colours dark antracite and grey.
